Rod & Reel Rental and Return Policy

The renter agrees to return the fly rod, reel, and rigging by closing time the next business day to the Bitterroot Fly Company in the same condition they were given to me.

If the rod or reel is damaged in some way and is deemed repairable by the staff of the Bitterroot Fly Company, I agree to pay a charge of $75.00/Rod and $75.00/Reel for the damaged part. Leaders, tangled lines, etc. are considered consumables and no charge will be made for loss or damage to these items.

If the rod or reel is damaged in some way and is deemed unrepairable by the staff of the Bitterroot Fly Company, the renter will be charged the replacement value of the rod and/or reel.

If the rod and reel are not returned, the renter will be charged the total retail price for the rod and reel combination.
