Rod & Reel Rental $40.00/day
Rod & Reel Rental and Return Policy
Renter agrees to return the fly rod, reel, and rigging by closing time the next business day to the Bitterroot Fly Company in the same condition in which they were given to me.
If the rod or reel is damaged in some way and is deemed repairable by the staff of the Bitterroot Fly Company, I agree to pay a charge of $75.00/Rod and $75.00/Reel for the damaged part. Leaders, tangled lines, etc. are considered consumables and no charge will be made for loss or damage to these items.
If the rod or reel is damaged in some way and is deemed unrepairable by the staff of the Bitterroot Fly Company, the renter will be charged the replacement value of the rod and/or reel.
If the rod and reel are not returned, the renter will be charged full retail price for the rod and reel combination.
Wader Rental $20.00/day
Wader Rental and Return Policy
Renter agrees to return waders by closing time the next business day to the Bitterroot Fly Company in the same condition in which they were given. This includes, a clean and rinsed state or a $15.00 cleaning charge will be assessed.
If the waders are returned with a hole or leak that is deemed repairable by the staff of the Bitterroot Fly Company, no extra charge is to be administered. If the waders are returned with a hole or leak that is deemed unrepairable by the staff of the Bitterroot Fly Company, the renter will be charged the cost necessary for the store to replace the waders.
If the waders are not returned, the renter will be charged full retail price for the waders.
Boot Rental $20/day
Boot Rental and Return Policy
Renter agrees to return boots by closing time the next business day to the Bitterroot Fly Company in the same condition in which they were given. This includes, a clean and rinsed state or a $15.00 cleaning charge will be assessed.
If the boots are returned and deemed unrepairable by the staff of the Bitterroot Fly Company, the renter will be charged the cost necessary for the store to replace the boots.
If the boots are not returned, the renter will be charged full retail price for the boots.
Car Rental $200.00/day
Car Rental Policy
Before Renting this vehicle you must call (406)821-1624 to confirm availability.
Delivery and Collection of the rental vehicle
1. Vehicle is provided to the renters in operating and overall good condition, clean
and with a full tank, complete with all necessary documents.
2. The Renter agrees to return the Vehicle to the owner according to the information
stated in the Rental Agreement, in the same condition as before the rental taking
into the consideration the natural tear and wear, returning the same documents
and extra equipment.
3. The Renter will review the condition of the Vehicle when supplied by the supplier,
and by signing, will agree that it matches the description given in the Vehicle
Delivery/Acceptance protocol is an inseparable part of the Rental Agreement.
The Renter confirms that during the rental he/she will be responsible for the
careful use according to the technical description of the Vehicle, documents and
additional accessories and for safe driving.
4. The Renter must return the Vehicle to the original pickup location (or any other)
designated in the Rental Agreement.
5. If the Renter does not return the Vehicle to the mentioned return location/place at
the time stated in the Rental Agreement, Enterprise will charge an additional
day's charges to the rental amount after one hour of delay. If the Renter fails to
return the Vehicle to the agreed point, he/she will be fully responsible for the
delivery charges.
6. The Renter is obliged to pay a supplementary cleaning fee of $150.00 if the
The vehicle requires a more thorough than standard inside and outside cleaning at
return.
7. If the vehicle is returned with less tank than fixed in the Rental Agreement at the
moment of pick up the Renter is fully responsible for the petrol charges.
An additional fee of $5.00 will apply per missing gallon
Montana charges 4% sales and use tax on base rental charges for rental vehicles
All rental vehicle users must pay a 4% sales and use tax on the base price of vehicles rented:
Rented for less than 30 days
Rented without a driver, pilot, or operator
Designed to transport 15 or fewer passengers
Rented as part of an insurance or warranty contract
